We founded Cohen Marcovich CPA firm in 2000, with the aim of providing complete, comprehensive and professional accountancy service to clients and companies in Israel. In 2016, our firm embarked on a close collaboration with Eshel, Aminov & Partners to provide leading services in all areas of Israeli and American taxation.

The firm has 40 employees in Israel and abroad, all dedicated to providing complete, professional service to its clients.

1 US Taxation

Our US Taxation Department has a staff of ten employees in Israel and fifty in the United States. If you’re a US citizen living in Israel, you are surely aware that you are required by law to file an annual return with the US tax authorities – the IRS. Israeli companies and self-employed clients operating in America are also obligated to file a detailed return every year.

2 Payroll Services

The Payroll Services Department is responsible for producing monthly salary slips for our clients and their employees. Employee salaries are of great importance both to the employee and to the employer, and our Payroll Services Department operates in this area with the utmost professionalism and sensitivity.

3 Audit

One of the core services that we provide is the preparation of financial statements and auditing for private and public companies, partnerships, self-employed clients and non-profits, for the tax authorities. The financial statements preparation process sheds light on all the financial management of the business that is subject to the tax laws.

4 Bookkeeping

Bookkeeping is part of our core activities. Our Bookkeeping Department employs a dedicated team of six professionals, who are responsible for collecting and sorting through all the information required for the monthly bookkeeping. Using this paperwork, we produce VAT, income tax and National Insurance reports
